Connie Briggs

Vice President, Operator Relations

As Vice President of operator relations, Connie Briggs provides leadership to the customer relationship groups including customer service, technical assistance, coaching, business development and training.  She is also responsible for the company’s human resource policies and oversight as well as maintaining visible involvement in overall company management.

Prior to joining Press-A-Print in 1996, Connie was engaged in a 25 year banking career encompassing lending, human resources and branch management.  Her primary focus with Press-A-Print has been the development and advancement of the training program with a high level of involvement in all areas of CRM and internal employee policies.

Connie attended Ricks College and Idaho State University and attained numerous business achievements in the banking industry.  She is past president of the Rigby Chamber of Commerce and past chair of the Eastern Idaho Regional Development Association.

Connie and her husband Brent have two grown children and five grandchildren.  She enjoys sports activities with her family and growing flowers.
